How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the art generation service
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud and ensure security

Information Sharing

We share information only as described below:

• Service Providers: We share information with payment processors, and hosting providers who assist in operating our service
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• Business Transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• Public Gallery: Our gallery features curated artwork selected by our team. Gallery content and associated metadata are publicly visible

Photographs you upload

If you upload a photograph as a reference image — for example to create a portrait — it is transmitted to Google, whose model generates the artwork, and processed on servers outside the European Economic Area. We do not store it: it passes through our service and is not written to our database or our file storage. Please only upload photographs of people who are willing to have their likeness used this way, and consider that a face is personal data belonging to the person in the picture, not to whoever holds the file.

Who processes your data on our behalf

In addition to the providers listed above: Replicate, which receives a generated image in order to animate it; Resend, which sends our emails and therefore handles your email address; and Floot, which hosts this site, its database and its file storage. All three operate outside the European Economic Area.

Artwork and animations you generate

Images you generate are not stored on our infrastructure. They exist only in your browser, so download anything you want to keep before leaving the page. Animations are different: our video provider returns a link that expires within the hour, so we copy the clip to our own storage for 30 days to make it usable, after which its contents are erased automatically. We do not use your generated artwork to train models, and we do not publish it anywhere unless you ask us to.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function properly without them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party providers for payment processing (Creem.io), cloud image storage (Cloudinary), and AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, xAI). These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of promotional communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@thangka.space. Note that some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

Children's Privacy
