By accessing or using Thangka Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Use of Service

Thangka Space provides an AI-powered art generation service.

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not generate content that is offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful to Buddhist traditions
• Not misrepresent AI-generated artwork as traditional handcrafted Thangkas
• Respect intellectual property rights and only upload reference images you have rights to use
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our AI model
• Not attempt to generate sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content

Content Policy & NSFW Filtering

All AI-generated images are subject to automated content safety filtering. Our system blocks sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise harmful content. If your request is flagged by our safety filters, you will need to modify your prompt. Repeated attempts to bypass content filters may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates this policy.

Acceptable Use Policy

The following types of content generation are strictly prohibited on Thangka Space:

• Sexually explicit, nude, or sexually suggestive content
• Violent, gory, or graphic content
• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassment content
• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content designed to deceive or defraud others

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from the platform. We reserve the right to report illegal content to appropriate authorities.

AI Service Disclaimer

Thangka Space is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, xAI, or any other AI model provider. Our platform offers a user-friendly interface built on top of AI models to enhance usability and provide additional features tailored to Tibetan Thangka art generation. We are an independent service and not affiliated with the underlying AI model providers.

Intellectual Property

Service Content: The Thangka Space platform, including our AI model, website design, and branding, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

Generated Artwork: You retain ownership of artwork you generate, subject to these Terms. By generating artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display example images for promotional purposes. You may use generated artwork commercially but may not misrepresent it as traditional handcrafted work.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for all content you create or upload, including prompts and reference images. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to uploaded content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thangka Space and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
